Just take a deep breath, go up to her and say "Hey, Wanna run away for the weekend?" That works for me all the time, or " Whoa, Do you know how good you look?"

Practice on girls you dont want to go out with, just make sure none are her friends

You only live once, gather up the courage and go for it...the worst thing that can happen is she can say no, and I have had experience with that - you get over it once you find another girl a few days later
